My elderly parents received several calls someone calling himself a T.J. Walker who gave this phone number indicating they won $350,000.  They have since paid out approximately $5,000 in fees for taxes and other miscellaneous items supposedly connected to their winnings.  This started in around the middle of December, and they keep finding reasons not to deliver the prize money.  Now they put them off to the 1/16/09.  My parents are kind and generous, not to mention very naive, people, and I am pretty sure this is some kind of nasty scam. They have called the number and no one answered, but T.J. called back later apologizing and advising them it was not a scam when my Mother indicated she thought it was.  BEWARE!!!

That is terrible. I do apoligize for your parents. Advise them to call their local phone company and place a 3rd prty block on the line MY EMAIL IS KELVIN_JONES@SUTH.COM EMAIL ME FOR MORE INFORMATION....

My parents have been or should I are being scammed by someone using a different name, same number. They have been scammed out of thousands of dollars and continue to give these people money on false promises. However I cannot convince my mother that it's a scam, she beleives everything they say and continue to send them money. Do you have any suggestions for me on how to get them to stop giving these people money.   Thanks Lorie

promise of 2.5 million dollars.UPS to deliver checks. New excuses for needing money wired taxes,insurance,customs you name it.Promises to pay my credit cards back, never happened. Works with a woman called Robin. I Have wired them thousands of dollars and all I have in return are excuses.

I received 2 voice mails from the 876 area code both on my cell phone.  First voice mail was Reggie Noble from American Money Corp. @ 876-585-8634.  The 2nd voice mail was from a lady asking me to call John Miller. The number the woman left was 876-395-7575 and said that this was "Urgent".
