Guy with a really thick accent stating his name was Brain Shait.  ( yeah right.) Called and said that I won 5 million dollars from something.  Bad connection.  all I had to do was go to Wal-Mart or K-mart and get a receipt.  They would call back at 4:30.  He then gave me another number for a claims department.  952-350-6321
