a person just called me from washington D.C. told me they got my number & address off a shopper list & i had just won $ 500.000 and to call them back since they were having a hard time getting a hold of me,spoke broken english.

Interstate Lottery - I won $800,000.00 plus a Mercedes! Broken English, very rude when I would not give him my personal info.  He was sending an armoured guard to my house for immediate delivery. I told him not to call again and hung up.  He called back 2 xs and left very nice messages asking me to call him back.  I called my sheriff dept,
They took the number he called from and got no answer......
