876-290-7843 C all from JAMAICA. I didn't answer and they left no message.  they are scammers. They may catch a lot of them from Jamaica, but other scammers just replace them. I know family members that got scammed by people from Jamaica!!!

I actually think it's a hacker and that's why he keeps you on the line that long. He refused to identify himself to me this morning. Last phone I had (an Android), I answered this number then had endless issues with an apple operating system downloading illegal content and open through my data and WiFi. If you start to get texts with just funny numbers and letters out your battery dies quickly, be suspicious.

He said he was with publisher's clearing house.  Said 2 lawyer, 2 state marshals and UPS team will deliver my 1.5 million dollars today 8/13/15 at 3:00pm.  He asked how I would invest and I told him I was going to put it all on lottery tickets.  I'm supposed to call him back at 5pm today to finish the details......I'm sooooooooooo excited! ;)

Received this number on my cell from Jamaica. Did not answer, no message from this number. Thank You all for your posted comments.

Just tried to clear the number 876 290 4798. Accidentally, hit send, then ended the call. Moments later, got call from Jamaica with number 876 290 3785. Apparently, scammer uses this number as well.

Received a call from (876) 290-4798 - (Jamaica area code), I don't answer unknown #'s, however, this is obviously a scam of sorts.

got a call from this number from David Biggermen and he told me I was expecting a UPS delivery with a $5000.00 a week check from PCH and a title to a new mercade car

I got a call from the same number and the guy had a foren accent he said he was from Publishers Clearing House and I had won 3.5 million dollars and a brand new car I just needed to pay 185. Dollars he gave me thes winning numbers and said UPS would be delivering my car and a woman named Debora was bringing my check today he asked for my cross St I didn't give him any personal info, he then called back said he was finnisning up paper work and call me back with the details he used the name David Beggerman

My Mom got a call from a Jamaican guy asking her to meet him at Winn Dixie grocery store to purchase a card to give to him in exchange for an auto - her neighbor called the police and when the dude called back the policeman answered.  The police was then going to Winn Dixie to see if he could spot anything suspicious.  I'd love to slap these scammers into next week.  How dare they try and rip off people?

Frank White called stating was with Allstate verification and that my phone number won 55million dollars in Las Vegas and a Black Mercedes

Rev. Hooper called and said I won $550,000 and a white Mercedes. Said oh I did yes ma’am I said I’ve been scammed before and this sounds like a scam he said no ma’am this is a grant out of MGM, have you ever heard of this I said yes he said what about publisher Clearing house on November 26, 2016.  I don’t recall that .  See that you don’t have a mortgage or credit card bill or anything I said no I don’t have a mortgage and I don’t owe anybody anything.  I said why do you need to know all of this he said you need to identifications are you born in America give me the name of Bank of America and another bank.  Where Bank of America is he said are you talking about Myrtle Beach I said no 10 miles from me. We can give you the Mercedes and the check today.  We can give it to any charity wanted to go to.  Said to give it to the children’s Jude.  Asked me if I knew about form 1099 I said I don’t do any Taxes.

TALKED to a man called himself Mr.  Omar Nathan, from Publishers clearing house, OR PCH. He told me that I had won $950,000.00 and a Jeep Grand Cherokee Sport. Of course I didn't believe the man at all right from the beginning however needed more information to put into Google. So I played along never giving them my real personal information. Then a man that the previous man said was his supervisor came online and reassured me that I had won, his name was Frank White. Please nail them to the wall or maybe you could send me the check he promised me of $959,000.00 thanks...

This simpleton called and said I had won a Mercedes from National Publishing Clearing House. He wanted my account number to have the car delivered. I quickly looked up his number on the internet and saw it was a Jamaican number. When I asked him how the weather was in Jamaica, he ran away like the ignorant, coward he is.

Don't be surprised if you get a whopping phone bill for that call back you made.  You called the Caribbean country of Jamaica so unless you have an International Calling Plan, it is going to be a very expensive call.
