This is a scam claiming to be publishers clearinghouse sweepstakes working with Wells Fargo Bank.

01/06/2010 This scam still continues, a person calling himself Robert Scott from Wells Fargo calls and says that you are a $3.5 million winner in the Publisher's Clearing House sweepstakes and requests a money order thru Western Union for $385.00.  This number and also 1-876-456-7657 are given as a return call #.  When called, you are told to hold on while they get him.  You hear the shout for someone, then a woman coughing etc. then person comes back and asks are you still there? etc. This is a recording that you receive when calling either #. Unless the party that has the number gets paid for being called by the minute, it would seem that some company, business or corporation is benefiting from the call back scam as well.
