Yup, and a scam perpetrated by Jamaican criminals.  The "Project JOLT" task force of U.S. and Jamaican law enforcement has been after them for some time, making several successful busts.

TO ALL ---- DO NOT RETURN this call.  You will be paying international long distance charges to speak to a THIEF.

My brother just received this call with the exact same info (won $500K and a Mercedes.)  He was told that he needed to pay $385.00.  Scam!!!

Was called from same Jamaica phone number by a "Robert Miller" advising of PCH win of $500K and Mercedes. Was given a "Package Number" and more information including the need to pick up a Registration Receipt at any Walmart Money Center before prize could be delivered. Obvious Scam.

Received scam call 1/27/2018. Result was phone being locked by cell phone carrier for a day.  What a pleasure.

They just called me saying the same thing!!! I told him it was a scam and he asked why I think that and that it's 100%.

Oh and that they will be coming to my house.
