I've been called twice today from this number. The first time, the static on the line was so bad, I could hardly make out the woman on the other end - something about Publishers Clearing House. I told her I was busy and she asked me to call her back and gave me the number listed above (which was the same number on my caller ID). I Googled the number and found out that not only was it not toll free, it's based in Jamaica. When they called me a second time, I ignored it and they left a message (again with a lot of static) repeating who they were and asking me to call them at this number. I've blocked it so they can't call me again. Don't be fooled by this scam. (FYI, I'm told that Publishers Clearing House only contacts winners in person or via mail.)
