A man who called himself Mr. Omar Davis called saying he was from a company called "IBF" or at least that's what it sounded like. His speech was somewhat unintelligible. He added that he was called on behalf of Publishers' Clearing House and they had a check for $950,000. If I would send $500 dollars for "insurance", federal marshals would personally deliver my $950,000 check to my door.

I receive a call at 1:30 Am was asleep and did not answer and a voicemail was left stating was returning my call and all i could understand was david. the caller had bad English and did not know what to say and just stated to returned the call. reports these calls to the federal trade commision at 877-438-4338 Scammers!!
