I received two calls on my cell phone from the above phone number

I got a call on my cell from the above number

From 7:52 PM to 7:56 PM on May 22, 2013, I received four (4) unsolicited telephone calls from this telephone number.

No one spoke to me when I answered, so I hung up on them.

According to www.whitepages.com,  the calls originate from "Mossel (Jamaica) mobile phone from Kingston, Jamaica."

Illegal scum bag scam artist.

No message. Called at 10:23 in the evening. Very irritating!

I received a call from this number. When I answered it I have no idea what he is talking about. Sounds like Jamaican accent. So I hanged it up since we cant communicate. He called back again right away so I let the answering machine answers it but the caller did not leave a message. I google right away the number and walaaaaa, to many complain too. I think they want you to call that number so you will get charge with overseas call.
