Relentless! Identical information as a post on another site...only I was told I won $750,000. I listened and I too took down all the code numbers, Fed Ex numbers, etc and he (Roy Goldman) even offered for me to speak with an 'onsite' IRS and FBI agent to verify that the call was legit. He even said a 'camera crew' would come by today (by 5) and award me the check and an IRS agent would be there to handle the transaction. I said that i wanted to verify the information and hung up. Although I already knew it was a scam, I looked up the number and found other posts. He called back within a few minutes and jumped right in offering to have the camera crew meet me at CVS (by 5pm) if I was uncomfortable with them coming to my house. CVS? Really? Needless to say we exchanged words and he was informed that if he did try calling back or if the 'camera crew' did show up he would be dealing with a real FBI agent (fortunately a family member). So far no return phone calls.

Same here.  Identical guy, very thick accent. $750,000.  Said his name was "Mike Davis"....with that accent...red flag!  Kept insisting he was legit.  He even said that one lady his "company" delivered money to "peed her panties."   HOW IS THAT FOR PROFESSIONAL? LOL   He was talking quite fast, dropped Publisher's CLearing house name in the flurry, also dropped something about Pick it to Win it and said it was because I paid my utility bills on time.  First red flag because I can hardly ever make my utility payments right on time! LOL . Said  he was located on a highway close to my house and could come by.  I was like "OH NO YOU'RE Not!"   He was getting very irritated at my continued skepticism.  Finally got aggravated and said "You either want the money or you don't, we can give it to charity."  So I figured that was a win win....if it was legit I just helped a whole lot of people.  So I said give it to charity and he said "Well you'll see it in the paper this afternoon!"  Like that was going to make me second guess.  He must have some awesome contacts to get a story about little ole me helping charity into the newspaper he didn't know the name of.   So horrible that there are people out there that try this kind of thing and even worse that some people actually get tangled up in the scam.
