Got a call from "Benard" at this number, 876-528-8490 on July 10, 2015.  He told me I had won $950,000 and when I told him "honestly, I don't believe that I've won that much money," he told me it was a miracle that I won so much money and that I shouldn't tell my family so that I could surprise them.  I told him that my family already knew because they were in the room with me and he said we had a bad connection and hung up on me.

Called my husband's work phone.  Said his name was Robert Benard and that we had won $45 million and a car in Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes.  Asked for our address.  They were in a town about 1 hour away from where we live.  My husband had a stroke about 6 months ago.  He told me to come home because they were coming to our house.  As soon as he told me the number - 876-528-8490 - I looked it up on the internet and saw many people had taken a call like this.  My husband then called the number back and Robert answered.  I told him to never answer a phone number that looked suspicious.  So disgusted with people who pull these scams.

I just received a call from a Robert Benard saying I won $ & a car from Publishers Clearing House.  They were about 30 minutes away from where we live. He said to call him back at (876) 528-8490 & they were coming to our home.  I looked it up on the internet and saw many people had taken a call like this & that it is a SCAM!

I just got scammed from robert Berner and do not know how to get my money back how do I report this

Got call from this man who called himself David Bernard with a Caribbean accent. Said I had won 1.5M USD and a Mercedes.He claims to be a Pastor with a wife and 2 children. He gave me a wrong address and wrong name but had my phone number. So I refused to give him my name & address. He said he’d been calling my number for weeks now. His call came in as a NO CALLER ID so when I asked him about that he said PCH keeps moving about that’s why their number keeps changing.

Anyway he gave me a contact address where I am supposed to pay $588 to be refunded when PCH comes to my house. Hahaha! That address is 122 View Terrace, East Haven CT 06512 and Kerry Ann Grant is where I am supposed to address that payment to. He wanted me to allow him stay on the line while I went to FedEx where I was supposed to send him this $588.

I hope this helps FBI or Police. I kept him on the line for a little over 20 minutes. Made him repeat to me what he said to me.

This guy has changed his phone number! It's now 508-623-8127. He gave the same spiel that everyone listed above about PCH but I was having a bit of fun so he didn't get to ask me for money. I told him his phone number was identified as spam and he was completely shocked. He was like, "but how? My area code is 508!" It's as if he was talking to someone in the room with him. He kept trying to tell me that this was the real deal and asked me to write down a bunch of info. I only wrote it down so I could report it to PCH fraud on their website. Hah! The call disconnected in the middle of his speech but I was on another call when he tried to call back. Left no message.
