I started receiving back to back phone calls from this phone number. I ignored the first 2 calls, I denied the next call & now this person/company keeps calling me & hanging up. I finally had to get an app to block the number so that I won't have to be bothered.  This is some phone number from Jamaica, & it appears on the caller I.d. As POTS phone JM.

called four times in a row. states from Jamaica. answered and guy said he was calling from publishers clearing house! right! now blocked

Same here. Publishers Clearing House scam. Even called me back to ask why I hung up the first time.

Gotta love these ridiculous calls. Same as the previous posters. The person had some weird accent. Said he was from Jamaica. He also said he was from Publishers Clearing House and had a package here for me and it was set to be delivered to my house tomorrow by 5:30pm. I asked who he was looking for, as he called my cell number. He said he was looking for the owner of this number, but he couldn't tell me my name or my address on the package. I told him think of a better scam before wasting his time and mine from now on and then hung up on him. Added the number to my reject list and went on with my business.
