Received unsolicited call from this Jamaica number saying PCH was ready to deliver a car and check. Was to call David Dash at ext. 5.  Did not respond.

I also received an unsolicited call (876-461-9789) from a man saying PCH was ready to deliver a car and check.  During the entire conversation he never said my name. I mentioned I was on the 'National Do Not Call Registry'.  He then replied: "Didn't you in the past enter the PCH sweepstakes?".  That was probably over 5 years ago and I have only had my current mobile number for a little over a year, so PCH doesn't have my current number.   He said he was driving at the moment and couldn't get me over to his manager .  Then he had me write down his manager's name and number.  It was David Dash at 876-820-9872 x5.  He instructed me to call him right away and then abruptly hung up.  

Things to believe:

* There ain't no such thing as a free lunch (TANSTAFL)
* If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
* You have not won big bucks from PCH or a grant from the government  <<<<<<<<<
* The tooth fairy really does not exist
* Everything you read on the internet is not necessarily true.
* It is illegal to pay money for a loan, BEFORE getting the loan!
* "Free Trips" are loaded with mandatory & costly extras, and you usually must give them your card number after listening to a loooong spiel at a hotel.
* Microsoft did NOT call you to fix your computer.
* The moon is not made of green cheese.
* The IRS will snailmail you, rather than phone you, if there is a problem.
* Jackalope milk is not an aphrodisiac.
* If you "green dot" or Western Union money to a scammer, the money is gone.

They called me and I determined that it was a scam after looking into the green paper dot thing. I ended the call with the scammer, he then called me back at least 15 times but I wouldn't take his call.  That was last week, they have started to call me again so I just blocked his number.
I hope no one falls for this BS scam.

Received a phone call from PCH and claims of winning 1.5 million dollars and a Mercedes convertable. Then wanted me to purchase a My Vanilla Cash Card for my taxe registration.
I told him that if I' m a winner, send me my check and car and I'll have my bank take care of my taxes. He became angry, cursed me out and dropped the f bomb.  I made him so mad he said he going to hang up on me. He did. Damn I really thought I was a winner for a moment.
Sorry Mr. Lopez I really was wanting that $1.5 million. And driving a Mercedes Benz convertable.
