3/18/2015 10 am EST. The callercomplaints website says that 876-854-1268, this creepy phone call is from Kingston Jamaica. Don't know anyone from Jamaica. Rejected it of course. Sounds like a scam to bill long distance charges to your phone or possibly extort money. Don't answer it!

Call form a guy named Gary. Said he worked for publishers clearinghouse. Gary said I won 2 place prize and wanted to know where they could have it delivered. when I asked him where he got my phone number from he hung up on me. This is a scam. DO NOT AWNSER.

Caller ID merely said Jamaica. I knew better, but answered anyways.

Was told I won a large sum from Publishers Clearing House.

I asked how I knew they were legit.

He said a notice was mailed to me a week ago.

I asked what address they mailed it to (since I'd moved somewhat recently).

He named only my city. (no help - I didn't move far)

So I asked what zip code? (It's a large city - there are multiple)

I had to repeat the question, and he promptly hung up on me.
