This person has tried two times to call and pretend as if I am a winner of a prize.  It is a scam.

Called and asked if I had heard of Publisher's Clearing House....declined to talk to him and hung up.  Checked on number and listed in Jamaica

My Father in-law received a call from the the number 1-876-854-7818 the guy on the phone who could barely speak English claimed to be from Publishers Clearing House told my Father in law he won 1.5 million dollars and a  Mercedes, his choice of color all he had to do is go to Walmart and purchase a green dot reload able pack money card card for $4.95  and call the guy back with his bank account number and pay 1% of delivery for the car. My father in law immediately called my husband and I to see if we thought this was a scam....thankfully he didn't give out any information.  When my father in law told him it sounded like a scam the man claimed to be a preacher...What is wrong with people today trying to take advantage of the hard working elderly? They should be beyond ashamed.

What?!? You mean I didn't win the megamillions and a Mercedes? Oh darn! Yes the man on the other end could hardly speak english and before he could get his scam finished I simply told him I was a police officer and he also just won a prize. He hung up.

Yes! The bandit tried again, wanted my wife to send 299.00 for 1% sales tax. Man! what a jerk!!!!!!

Its Thursday morning an I just got this call at from this same number. ITS BOGUS!!!!!!! NOTIFY EVRYBODY AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They want to get your trust and then it leads to try to getting your personal info. PLZ DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!!!!!! Whn I even asked for his supervisor, the man sounded just like the first guy with the same accent. He even said my number came up as a 3rd prize winner for paying my bills on time. Thn they even mentioned UPS, mega millions and publishers clearing house. SO I contacted UPS and the tracking number was BOGUS! Notify as many people as u can asap.

Told me I won a new Mercedes, 1.5 million, and 5 year insurance. Wanted me to pick a color, and pay 1% shipping. Tried to make me wire money to some guy I didn't know. Said to keep it a secret, and that they were going to arrive in two hours. They also told me if I wanted it to be public or private. Tried scamming for 5 big kahunas. Wired money but cancelled it before it was too late xD hahahaha stupid mother******.

I received a phone call from 1-876-854-7818 (Jamaican Number) and the guy on the phone said he was from Publishers Clearing House.  He said I won $250,000.00 plus a new Mercedes LMAO!!  I asked him how much money did I need to send so I could receive this life changing gift. He got very agitated and cussed at me then said do not to be so difficult. I stated that Publishers comes to your house and knocks on your door. I laughed at him and of course he hung up. It takes all kinds:-)

Looks like they changed #'s. Now calling from 876 854 5944, I was told I won 5.5 million and a Mercedes with leather interior & 2 flat screen t.v's. I had a little fun with the scammer for a bit by giving him my address, which is really the address to the Federal Building in Rochester NY, and then I put my Jamaican co-worker on the phone, who then spoke patawah(sp) to him. He immediately knew that the joke was now on him and hung up.
