The dude, with heavy jamaican accent, said i had won a $5,000 prize from publishers
clearing house.  He started asking me for my personal information, but when i began asking for his information, he would only give his first name (cliff).  He refused to give
any more info, so i hung up the phone.

Addendum to my previous entry.  The phone number used by the jamaican scammer
had two initials following his phone number.  Here is what my telephone id readout
showed:  "876-854-8222 jm".

Called and said we had won 12 million.  Caller ID came up Kingston JM - assume that is Jamaica.
