received call this a.m. from this # stating about a certified UPS delivery.  I hung up  they immediately called back

I also received a call from this number saying they where from ups saying I won a car and wanted info for delivery its a scam

I received 2 calls, the first time it was they wanted to deliver a certified check, I told them no thank you and hung up.  They called again 2 days later saying they were from Publisher's Clearing House and that I had won a car and they wanted to deliver it along with a certified check.  When I asked why PCH was calling from Jamaica, he told me that it was Jamaica, New York to look again that this was the toll free # for PCH winners.  The call ID said Jamaica - not PCH or Jamaica, NY.

He kept trying to convince me that it was to quote him "no joke".

Sorry, I was born at night but not last night.

Call came in around 10:30 am on 4/15/15 and I didn't answer it because it showed call was from Jamica.

Received a call from this number , saw Jamaica on the caller I d did it answer

Caller ID showed Kingston, JM. I have won a car and a cash from Publisher's Clearinghouse, the guy had a very strong accent. I told him I wasn't interested and hung up.
