commed my sister, thought she was helping me and sent money to someone

conned me for $150.00,thought it was my brother and sent money

Cold call + 876 area code = scam call.  Ignore and block the entire area code.

Phone calls from 876-877-2820 advising me I won money from publishers clearing house. When I did not sound excited a black male asked me if I wanted the prize money or not. I told him that if I won it to send it to me. He then began cursing at me repeatedly and even told me he was outside my home. I told him if he was outside my home and didn't have the money he said I had won that I would blow his brains out. This number is from Jamaica and nothing but a scam. I advise people to block this number!

Said his name was John Daker and I had won $950,000 and a Mercedez or Denali.  I needed to take $399.00 to WalMart to register my prize!  That is when I hung up.  SCAM!

They have tried to scam my dad. They are calling theirselves David Sawyer, Sheldon Williams,Albert Johnson, and James Washington. They claim they have 2.5 million dollars to give my dad if he paid 875 dollars. 876 number.

I also got a call saying it was Publisher's Clearing House stating I won $950,000.00 and had to go to Walmart to meet the truck.

A man called and said I won $950,000.000 from Publsher's Clearing House and had to go to Walmart to register. When I questioned him, he called me a c*ck s***ker. I hung up.

Block the area code, problem solved!

Identified himself as James Jefferson and said I had won $950,000 through Publishers Clearing House.  I knew it had to be a scam because it's not how PCH would contact someone.  I just hung up.

Caller id said Kingston, Surrey County, Jamaica.  I answered but said nothing - a man then spoke up "uhmm hellllleeewwww?" I said "what is this call regarding?" He claimed to be James Jefferson calling "on behalf of Readers Digest"...i said - yeah, nice try. Bye.
