He said for me to go to my local Walmart and send a Western Union money for the amount of $99.00 to a lady named Baisy Wilbanks at zip code 37037 for the bank of Tennessee. This would get me a receipt for my money to be delivered tomorrow at noon with tv news crews and news paper people to deliver me my prize check of $150,000 after taxes from the IRS. The money will come via Fed Ex and UPS. I was suspicious as it was 2 mail services. When I questioned it he said its because it is such a big event.
