They call saying you have won a prize from Publishers Clearing House.  Said his name was Mort Johnson (or Jensen).  Heavy accent.  Wants you to send money to release the prize from customs.

i got a call from them to it must be a scam i talked foe a little while and told them i would like to meet them and best the hell out of them lol then they stayed on the line talking to people inside a car it sounded like it is a scam

I just got a call from them and got this number.  I did not let him go on long enough to request money to get the prize.  This is the second time in 2 weeks that I was told I won $2.5 million ;)

Yeah I got the same call. I went and got the money pac card that he asked for and them changed a couple of numbers, hoping that this range rover would show up. Yeah it never did and he blew my phone up trying to get me to get another card. Looked the number on-line and found this site. Also looked up publishers clearing house and they said on a recording that "if you have to pay anything, it's not them and to report it" Can't stand rip-off artist. Oh well, they didn't get a dime out of me!!!!!
P.S. The name that was given to me was John White. Phone # 876-881-0225 With Prize # 1990 and Winning # 77

Did that cross phone # look up and it's from Digicel Jamaica. Wasn't paying the charge to get his name though.

This number called and said I won lotto max that I purchased a week ago in August 2015. He even gave me the address where I live which I said it was wrong address anyway. I told them that lotto max is run by the government. I asked him if he was working from the lotto max office of the government. He got pissed off and said fu to me and hung up. The caller number was 1876 881 0225.
