876-881-2859

Hi just received a phone call said I won 2.9 Million dollars and a convertible mercedes as a bonus win from PCH.  Then asked me to call back to this number -876-881--2859.   Felt it fishy that I had to call back so came into Ask and started researching the number I do think this is a scam.  I don't think I can win if I did not enter in the contest.   It does say that the area code is from Jamaica which I am sure PCH is not located at.

Received phone call saying I won large sum of money plus a car.  Claimed to be from PCH.   I asked for verification of how how I won and they claimed I entered from a set of stores I rarely/never shop at  (flag 1).  When asked for a call back number for verification I got this number as well (876-881-2859)  which definitely sounded odd (flag 2).   Looking it up the area code shows its based in Jamaica which apparently is a common Publishers Clearing House scam location (flag 3)

When I called them out on it, i was told to I could "go **** my mothers **** and that I could ***** ***** ******* the ****** and ************" , well you get the idea.  I somehow doubt PCH would advocate such creative and flowery language if I truly was a winner, lol. Heavy Jamaican accent curses all afterwards.    

The common adage if its too good to be true, it probably is  holds true today more than ever.   Don't be fooled people.
