I received call on my cell phone from this number sometime after lunch today, the person spoke with a robot or voice altering device, i could hear typing in the background, they identified themselves as Barbara something, I told them I couldn't hear them so they suggested we disconnect and they would call me back.  They called right back and there was still poor sound quality and they were still using the weird robot voice thing.  I asked them several times the purpose of the call however they eventually hung up for a second time and did not call back.  Sounded straight scammy.

I picked up (which is unusual) and it was a gentleman who kept saying “hello?!?” And finally said “do you know who this is...?” I let him know that I did not...and he said “oh” and hung up. Slightly odd.

Saw the caller ID come in from Jamaiica so I knew the call was  a scam.  The guy told me that I was the second place finisher in the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes and won almost $1MM.  I played a long and then he hung up.  I called back and asked how I could collect the money and he hung up again.
