Claims to be from Publishers Clearing House.  I have won $250000 and a Mercedes.  I can either have them deposit directly to my bank account or they will deliver and receive it after my paying a small delivery and handling fee.  Called three times "Unknown caller" but last time used name JM KIngston.

10/16/14 I also received a call today around noon.  I believe Kingston JM is Jamaica.  He mentioned a red Mercedes and something about 1%.  He didn't know my name.  You were winning by your telephone number.  I told him I didn't believe him.  The third time he called was unknown and I told him if he didn't stop I would call the police.  He wasn't easy to understand.  If you all the number back are asked to enter a mailbox number.

Called to say I won Publishers Clearing house.  Said his name was John Benjamin.  Could not pronounce John properly.  I asked why he was calling from Jamaica and he said it was Jamaica NY.  Kept him on the line about 10 minutes.  When he said my money had to be released from customs I kept asking why when PCH is an American company.  Just kept going around.  Finally he said the magic words "Western Union" and I said "And you just said the magic words!  Goodbye!" and hung up.  Kept hearing a rooster in the back ground.  Figured I kept him from calling probably 20 people in that 10 minutes.
