Yes, a man with a foreign accent calling himself Mr. Ben Moore or/ and Mr. Davis...I am a christen who goes to Church weekly...You won $1 million in Publishers clearing house, when can people show up and take you to your bank?  I told him off several times, still calls back, I blocked original number now he uses this telephone #.   I or we all need to take this to authorities...invades my privacy with his BS and scam!!!
