Keep receiving prank calls and text message from this number

This is a scam group targeting the elderly and the Navajo and Apache people. They tell the recipient they have won a vehicle and money, then direct them to wire large sums of money to a person. Right now they are using a woman named Christina Upshaw based in New Mexico. They will have the money picked up in Shiprock NM, Gallup NM, Bloomfield NM, etc. They are scumbags of the worst sort and preying on innocent and ignorant people. Someone needs to crush these [***]. Man named "David" with what sounded like a Philippine accent to me.
