This number was just announced on a local TV news channel in central Virginia, as a scammer's number. The news report says it is a Jamaican scam, and if you answer, they will tell you you have won millions of dollars ( from a contest you didn't even enter). The catch is a familiar ruse-you have to send them a few thousand dollars to cover the cost of releasing that much money....blah, blah, blah...you know the scam. Don't answer this number, they are relentless, and will never stop calling. Since the call originates from Jamaica, there is nothing the US government can do about it. (not that they would anyway, they can't even stop our American scams, much less foreign scams).
