He says he is giving away $1 Dollars and that he works for the UPS.  He says his name is Ricky Thomas (only after I asked him over and over for his name) and is obviously a fake name because he took a whole 10 seconds to say his own name(like he was having trouble reading something).  He says you just have to deposit $200 in a certain account and not to tell anyone so taxes do not get taken out.  He says his office is in Las Vagas, Nevada.
