A man with a Jamaican accent called asking to speak to my mother.  He has called several times saying he wants to speak with her regarding lottery winnings.  This same man called again yesterday, spoke with my father, saying he is a doctor and is calling to find out if my mother is in good health.  I interrupted the call; he hung up!  I checked the number online and saw that area code 876 is linked to scams directed to elderly people.

A man with a Jamaican accent called from this number saying something about calling for a sweepstakes winner and that he is the truck driver who will be delivering the prize. When I said he must have the wrong number, he hung up.
