Call from a spoofed number asked for a call back to this number. Message was about taxes and is likely a scam attempt.

They call from 315-616-9480 and tell you they can settle your taxes and to call 877-200-5098. I have blocked all calls from 315 numbers at least 20 and they change numbers and keep calling. I get same VM from each call

They call twice a day. We are a non-profit organization. We don't pay taxes to the IRS. I have asked to be removed from the call list 6 times

This company is a fraudulent scammer calling about Tax Debt Relief......I don't have ANY OUTSTANDING DEBTS and don't have ANY OUTSTANDING taxes.  This company keeps calling up to 2-3 times a day and has been calling for the last two weeks.  I am on the DO NOT CALL list and this company is not doing it's due diligence and verifying debtors.  Calling everybody with the same name is fraud especially when not research is being done!!!!

They call multiple times a day and it's getting ridiculous. I've tried calling the number many times and as soon as I get someone on the line and mention to stop calling me, they hang up.

Get calls every day, almost.   Today I called them twice to have them stop calling me, they hang up immediately.  So obviously a scam company.  I might play along and tell them I need help for my taxes to get past their hang-ups.    Hint - after they hung up on me, I left the phone off the hook to block that line for a while until I got bored.

Can confirm if you call the number and ask to be removed from their call list, they hang up on you. I thought maybe it was because I said they were calling a law firm, but evidently that's not the case.

How do I get these people to leave me tf alone?! Like just let people do their jobs and stop clogging up our inboxes

I hear ya!  I called the number and got "Mary" who asked if I needed help with my taxes.  I said, "no, but please tell me how one gets removed from the call list."  She said, "I can do that for you."  I confirmed by having her repeat.  So, I don't know if it will work but maybe calling and telling them to remove your number will at least get you off this list.

Well, you had much better luck that the previous posters who all reported being hung-up on when they mentioned they wanted the calls to stop.
Since these callers appear to be scammers, it is doubtful that they actually keep a "Do Not Call" list and if they say that you will be removed it will not happen.
I would imagine that if someone did fall for this scam, they would probably take that persons number off of this calling list, but would just move it over to a "Prime Target for the Next Scam" list.

I find it interesting that, with all the posts complaining about getting multiple calls, nobody posting here has made mention of actually reporting the callers to the authorities (such as FTC and IRS to name a couple).  For those posters that cannot be bothered to make such reports and/or expect others to do it for them, I offer this:  "CHEESE" (it should compliment your whines).

LOL!  Yes, a little whine with the cheese.  Who knows if you'd actually be taken off the list.  I just ignore all these calls and hit my "block and report" to my carrier. Cheers, Nimrod! :-)

Left VM on my cell.  Tax Relief Service.  I bet the Caller ID number is spoofed, but there should be an easy way to report the 877-200-5098 that we all have heard.

Even when I block the number, it still get's through.
