Same message as above. My brother also received a text from this number regarding documents to be delivered for me.  They had his current address and my maiden name on there.  I called the number with my number blocked and informed them I’m receiving texts for someone else.  She said I’ve notated in the system that you are an incorrect number. I asked her what number since I called with my number blocked and she said “well just block our number” and hung up. Lol.  Low life scammers.

Same thing and same scam text. I just blocked it from my phone.

I’ve been receiving bogus emails about a payday loan from CASHNETUSA that I supposedly did not pay where they threatened to take me to court. They have my correct social security number and asked that I pay via debit card or Google Play Card. I refused and asked for a phone number which they refused to give me. I asked for documentation and they emailed me a sketchy looking document with no business address or phone number. They said that since I refused to pay I would be served on July 14. Lo and behold I get the same text from 8772005563 just like everyone else on here about needing to be at an old address between 11am and 2pm to sign for a parcel. They also called my employer and gave them information about me not paying a debt. I called CASHNETUSA and they said they have no record of an old debt in my name and kindly gave me the name of their collection company which was not the company that has been harassing me.  Apparently these folks have way too much time on their hands!

So this is totally bogus? I too have had someone threatening to take me to court. Extradite me to California through CashNet USA. Who are these people???

I got the same text today that I would be served between 3-5 pm at my old address. A process server shows up without notice , they don’t call or text you to let you know they will be serving you.

I also received a message stating that documents would be delivered at 5pm and a signature was needed. Definitely a scram.
