This is an automated system that called to "inform" me that my Verizon wireless service was being suspended due to a recent change to my account - and offered a few digital responses.  I chose to "speak with a representative"....when I was connected, they immediately started to tell me how they were going to "take care of this right away - and how glad they were that they caught this, and that I was able to respond so quickly".....  He proceeded to type and carry on conversation then told me "I'm going to need to send you a code - when you get it, let me know what it is".  I waited.  Then I got a code from Verizon.  I continued to wait....

THEN I told him "I've just received the code - and NO, I won't give it to you, you bottom-feeding lowlife.  You scammed me nearly a year ago, for about 10 minutes before I caught on.  But hopefully Verizon has had you online trying to change my account information long enough that they will be able to catch your sorry [***]!"

He hung up.
