    I received a call from an Unknown number by the name of Mark Fox: Private Locator advising me that there was a claim filed against me. He wanted to verify my address and place of employment to deliver important documents for the Claim. He then began a spill of, I need to contact the firm immediately at 1-877-200-5936 in regards to Claim 77126.  So I called the number and the recording says it is UCS.  There is no other information on this company that I can find.  This is nothing but a scammer.  
    If someone calls you about having papers to hand you, and they are not court papers, then let them know that anyone affiliated with their company is not welcome on your property and or place of employment that is not related to actual court documents which must be served by process server or another Entity of the Court of your state, Then you will take the necessary action to respond to them for Trespassing and or harassment.
    Don't fall this SCAM and understand the collection laws for your State.  This Company is Clearly a Bottom feeder that wants to prey on peoples Ignorance and lack of understanding of the FDCPA.
    If you are contacted by them, Please be professional and post what has transpired with the conversation that you had or message that was left.  
    Let's Make them FAMOUS on 1-800 call notes!

I did Some Research on Mr. Mark Fox and actually found him Linked to Some of Threads and a Telephone Number of 1-877-400-4394. Below are copies of the Threads linked to that Number.

I received a missed call (from an unknown number), the person left a voicemail and identified himself as Mark Fox...he sounded threatening and said I should call this company to get more information about a claim against me....I didn't return the call.

They keep calling my cell phone and work phone harrassing me his name was Mark Fox and a few different ppl also called from UNKNOWN but told me to call back this # and get more information...ITS a SCAM I got a call a few months ago same SPEEL but different company I almost fell into the trick with giving them my credit card # but then realized I didnt owe anybody...I told them I was going to report them and quit calling me. Never heard anything since. Now I am getting the same calls only its a different company THEY SAY and different collector name...these are all SCAMS beware!

All you have to do is fax these guys a paid in full letter, or power of attorney paperwork if your claiming bankruptcy. I talked to these guys and they gave me all the information I needed. If you had paid your debts, you'd have a paid in full letter. If you don't have one, chances are you still owe money. This place is NOT a scam. I paid the remainder of my debt to them and all of their info was on my bank statement, and the paid in full letter they sent me. Also they offered me a settlement and I only paid 80% of what I owed. It sucked getting the phone calls, but it was because I was IRRESPONSIBLE and didn't pay my bills.

I also received a restricted call twice in a row from "Mark Fox" threatening me to return his call or he would find me through my work history, by calling "references"
He said that I should consider myself "Served" The number to call back at (which I didn't and won't) was 877-891-4104.
Usually these types of calls are scammers...
