A lady called my restaurante stating that she needed information regarding my sons restaurants checking account-I told her that i was not aware of the information-she then said if she didnt have the information the insurance we had on the restaurant, would lapse and we would not have any coverage. She then asked for me to look for a cancel check w/ my account to verify the account numbers. I foolishly gave it to her - within several hours my son canceled all the banks information.

I just received a phone call in my native language Spanish!!! from a guy who asks for our account number, he even knew our bank!!!!!! Scary. Again he said it was rewarding an insurance, he said he needed our bank account in order to send us the insurance.  When I ask him what insurance he said that we will learn more of it as soon as we receive the package... He had our address... He at first left a message with my husband leaving this same phone number. At the end we didn`t give him any further information.

Hoy recibi una llamada de una persona con acento dominicano diciendo que se llamaba maria vaez, de la empresa merchant auto pay services, pidiendo verificar mi direccion y preguntando por informacion de mi cuenta bancaria. Lo que me parecio extrano fue que estaban pidiendo numero de ruta yo vivo en canada que no utilizamos ese sistema. y al negarles lo pedido la persona estaba muy molesta y el telefono que me aparecio es 752-988-9966.
a la persona no se le entendian muchos cosas debido al ruido que se ecuchaba al fondo........
tengan mucho cuidado y no caigan.............son unos ladrones......

Es un fraude!!!!!Puerto riquenos,dominicanos llaman en espanol supuestamente verifican tu informacion,pero cuando preguntas por el nombre te cuelgan y todos los dias llaman 2 y 3 veces preguntan por numero de cuenta direccion toda la informacion personal dicen ser de el banco pero no saben ni el nombre de tu banco.

a mi me acaban de hablar hoy dos veces estas personas con acento boricua y quisiera saber como denunciarlos o a quien referirme.
te llaman diciendo que es una departamento de proteccion de cuentas bancarias te dicen que quieren confirmar tu numero de ruta no les des nada de informacion aunque ya saben tu direccion por que tal vez lo buscan en directorios telefonicos asegurense de que los menores de edad no den nada de datos a extranos por telefono.

Vivo en Vancouver y estas mujeres llamaron hablando español y pronunciando muy mal ingles, diciendo que llamaban desde Toronto.  Efectivamente tienen nuestra dirección y decían ser del departamento de protección de fraudes y solicitaban informacion de las tarjetas de credito... el mismo núnero de teléfono 1 877 200 6093, y el caller id muestra: "nombre desconocido" con el siguiente número: 752 988 9966

I'm an insurance agent and many of my customers, restaurant owners, have called me regarding the phone calls they received from the insurance company.  I told the customers that policies were in good standing and no one would call them without me knowing about it. Be WARE THIS IS FRAUD. If someone calls you, DO NOT give any BANK OR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Call local police and report it.

My wife who is spanish speaking received calls from 752-988-9966 (on both our home and her cell phones) claiming to be from the security department of my bank(which he knew the name of) and wanting our account numbers. I called my bank, who'd never heard of him. When he called back I said my wife wasn't home and got this call back number: 877-200-6093, which is something like  Merchant Auto Pay Services. Both numbers have histories of fraud complaints. I have called the FTC and given them this information

I HAVE SEVERAL COMMERCIAL INSURANCE CLIENTS THAT HAVE RECIEVED CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. THEY ARE BEING TOLD THAT THEIR INSURANCE IS IN JEOPARDY OF CANCELLING FOR LACK OF PAYMENT. SOME CLIENTS HAVE BEEN CALLED 2-3 TIMES. THE LASTEST CALL WAS 1/14/09, WHERE MY CLIENT MADE HIS INSURANCE PAYMENT ON 1/12/09, THE CALLER TOLD HIM HE WAS LATE AND THEY NEEDED CHECKING ACCT INFO IN ORDER TO KEEP POLICY KFROM CANCELLING. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING BUT " CON ARTIST".I CALLED THE NUMBER MYSELF ASKED FOR INFO, THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE A MERCHANT SERVICE OFFICE, WHEN I ASKED FOR ADDRESS THEY DISCONNECTED THE CALL. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CON ARTIST !!!

I received a call from HOME AUTOP 1040 BISCAYNE BLVD. SUI8772006093 FLUS (billing name on my bank account) under a company that markets 1K free grocery certificate, 300.00 free gas and a trip by airline to anywhere in the country; good for one year w/one half off airfare.  To get this one only needs to pay 2.95 shipping and agree to review 3 marketing packets from three souces and respond to them to activate them.  Upon doing so, the trial grace period kicks in and one has to call to cancel or be charged a fee.  The really push that there is a "one time" charge of 2.95" with no future withdrawls from one's account.  To day they have deducted 2.95 three times from my account.  I have reached the wrong number response on trying to reach them at their number and will have to cancel my card to short-stop them.  BEWARE! They are very fast talkers and very aggressive.  They have an Indian or Pakistani accent.  They said they were out of california and REGISTERED with the better business bureau there. I grilled them on the 2.95 issue and it seems they charge 2.95 for each of the marketing packets but faild to diclose this detail.

Esta compania me a descontado de mi cuenta del banco $174.98, me llamaron a decir que habia salido sorteado en una promocion para porteccion de mi cuentas y yo en ningum momento les di autorizacion.
Tenan mucho cuidado.

Me llamaron de este numero diciendome que era unacompania de seguro para proteccion de mis cuentas y que no tenia que pagar absolutamente nada, sorpresa la mia que cogieron de mi cuenta $174.98 y ahora soy yo la perjudicada porque tenia planillas pendientes de pagar de mi cuenta y tengo que pagarle multas al Banco.

Receive a called stating that my insurance expires in three days and that I had to provide them my documents.  When I asked them what company they are calling from and their phone number, I was told it was Merchant Europe Services and their phone number is 1877-200-6093, however, the caller ID showed 555-555-5555.
