My office has gotten calls from this number for over 2 weeks, purporting to be from the State of IL Business Development office, which doesn't exist.  The calls are always from callers with heavy oriental accents, and sound like they're coming from overseas.  They want to know if our company is adding onto its building or moving.  My boss has answered them several times, yet they keep calling.  They're relentless even though their questions have been answered.  Anyone out there getting these calls?  We've reported them to the phone company, as they won't ID themselves when we ask them.

Yes, we have also received these calls, saying they are from the State of California Business Office asking the same  questions. One of the callers identified himself as "Jeff Brown". The other phone number associated with these calls was (510) 921-9864, or at least that is what they said the number was...
