Multiple calls from this number. Never leaves a message. Unknown number and unknown caller. Verging on harressment

Several months worth of calls, never leaves a message. I finally just blocked the number because I'm sick of getting calls.

The caller is Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital ( Wauwatosa, WI) - Patient Financial Services. The agent claimed she was calling about a bill ($21.00) that was 4 months old. It wasn't. it was a office visit from August and i received the bill last week. The agent appologised

Had a message from this number saying it was Froedtert Patient Financial Services and I should return their call.  I did return their call and they kept asking my name, date of birth, address, repeatedly.  I then turned the question on them, asking 'what is the purpose of their call?'  They just repeated they needed to verify my address, that I was on a recorded line!  Again, I asked the purpose for their call, she would not answer.

Last week I had a visit at Froedtert but do not have a bill with them.  Love Froedtert but find this type of call extremely rude!  I hung up!

My husband & I both received calls from this number.   The 'dead giveaway' is the prefix 200.  However, Froedtert Patient Financial Services does use different phone numbers in an attempt to reach people.   This should be considered and as far as I'm concerned, an active of fraud. However, I think it is a scam based upon what other people have reported.

FRDT/MCW called re bill that is paid but not showing as such yet. In discussions w/administrative people they've acknowledged this is a problem but apparently in no rush to fix it.
They recently picked up 2 hospitals in SE WI and are building out on MKE campus. They're very distracted, staff may or may not be engaged, and the phone people can be aggressive but will back down when called on it.

Received 2nd call, no message. I believe it is related to 877-232-4376.

It was Froedtert/Medical College of Wisconsin. They were calling about a past due bill and while she was reading the script she saw that I had paid my account in full. She apologized for the call and hung up.

I've been receiving calls from this and various other numbers daily.  It is an automatic voice that keeps asking you to verify if it is you, but my phone identified the call as spam and fraud suspected.  The vm is as follows:"This is a call for Jamie .... This is Jake pause please return a call to 1 877 pause 200 pause 9475"

If you call them back they won't say who they really are so you don't know for sure.  They want you to give out your name, daye of birth, address, insurance info and then they will tell you why they are calling...I Don't think so!  I don't give out my info on the phone as you can't trust anyone anymore.  If you say, yes this is so and so on the phone it can be recorded and used by scammers.  If this is truly Froedtert what a horrible way to run an operation.
