Trying to get out the door at 8:15am & I received this call!! They don't listen when I say DO NOT CALL ME. TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST!!!

Went to msg. Silent msg lasting 3 minutes.

Unsolicited. Screen says 'Comcast'. Returned call, they said they were Humana. Told them I'm not interested in medical sales calls, they called it "preventative care". Hung up.. Getting Aetna ASAP. Not as phony.

A legitimate company would NOT spoof the caller ID!!  I doubt the call was really from Humana.

SCAMMERS are the ones SPOOFING the phone numbers of real companies. Your comment on how legitimate companies do not spoof phone numbers does NOT make sense. Humana does NOT call you for "preventative healthcare". BUT they do hire other companies to call on their behalf using their name. I like their benefits and their price is decent for what they cover that Medicare doesn't, so I put up with occasional calls from "supposedly Humana". I am lucky that I have a phone system where I can block unwanted phone numbers and I block a lot of phone numbers. I got a call from the above number at 8 AM! I went to bed at 4 AM!  I knew the call was NOT important because yesterday I spoke with Humana about calls I have been getting from various phone numbers claiming to be Humana ALL WEEK. The girl told me those numbers were NOT Humana numbers and Humana did NOT need to speak to me about any billing problems. So, I just added the number above to the list of Blocked Humana numbers and forgot about the call.

If by any chance this is a legit number to/from Humana, you can bet the number and name are being spoofed. By crooks and those claiming to be calling "on behalf of" Humana. Too many of those "on behalf of" calls are either milking Medicare or are outright scams. Based on the posts so far, I would not trust calls from this number.

Your post has the whiff of Shill in it, you imply getting unwanted calls is OK since you can ignore them. There are many, many people who are not able to know the difference between a legit call and scammer.

Unknown number to me, so I let it go to voicemail. It was from Humana wanting to get me scheduled for my next physical. Actually kind of refreshing that an insurance company takes the time to help keep me well.

Call "on behalf of Humana" to possibly schedule any preventive care appointements, etc, etc, etc! Phone did not ring, showed no call received/missed, but they left a voicemail.  Is there no end to this crap?

called me at 8:21 am said they were working on behalf of humana, Didn't know any of my information. Couldn't send me an email, and wanted to set up appointments for medical screenings. they just needed my humana policy information (wait they are supposed to be working on behalf of humana) When i told them no they got rude. i hung up and blocked their number

We help people (primarily elders) to schedule their appointments; though it doesn't really any additional benefit from scheduling the appointments on your own, besides having certain preference when being on hold, or having a higher chance to apply to Go365 rewards.

We will only ask for 3 things: Full Name, Zip Code and Date of Birth, as a manner of authentication. There are some exceptions when we ask about your Humana ID, but this isn't typical since we usually have the ID's in our system to verify them ourselves; but this needs direct cooperation with a supervisor, and if hey are in a break or don't have any info, it's just until then that we will ask for your ID.

None health insurance will ever ask you for your financial information.

Wanting to schedule medical screening test

Caller claimed to be from Humana. This person could barely speak English. There was loud background noise that sounded like the inside of a factory or busy warehouse. Humana doesn't call from a noisy environment like that. This is a scam attempt.
