I didn't receive a call but a charge of $24.95 was charged to my account which caused it to NSF.  I called my bank and they gave me the number 1-877-208-5103 who took the money out.

They been taken 24.95 from my accoun for 13 months now but for what and from what?

its a domain maintenance fee maybe go-daddy or the like, if you inadvertantly purchase from a questionable website, they can highjack your cc info and use you to finance theyre scam site. call your bank and refute the charges.

If you applied for a loan online, then one of the options is to apply for fraud protection before continuing with the loan application. This is the monthly fee for that program. It can be cancelled at anytime by calling 877-208-5103.

I was unaware of this being done. I have no clue what it is or why they took money out of my account. This is unauthorized and I'm calling my bank tomorrow!

The $24.95 charge is a identity theft protection . If you were applying for a loan you were given option to get the identity theft protection by signing your name otherwise to skip you click continue. I was never charged

I called them and they said the $24.95 was for identity theft protection...wow what do they think they are doing.....using my identity to get $24.95 from my account and I have never heard of them...

I have cancelled again and again and they keep taking. Money out.  I don't even know what it is for.

After seeing the reviews and complaints here I decided it was best if I call this company now and not wait to see if I would be billed.  They were pleasant enough to confirm that i was not enrolled.  No guarantee you'll have the same experience once enrolled...heck...theres no guarantee they wont charge me...but i think in this instance  calling them may be helpful.
