They called and a recording asked to hold. After a minute or so I hung up. Called the number back later and it was "Pinnacle Financial Group".

Picked up loud sound no one on the phone.

Someone from this company called our new cell phone several times and was downright rude when I told them the number had changed hands and no longer belonged to the person they were trying to reach. I called back and was eventually transferred to a supervisor, who promised to take the number out of their records.

They kept on calling calling calling... I have call ID so I didn't pick up at first, and they never left a message. After a while I started picking up but there was never anyone there, until today. I got a recorded message telling me to hold for an available representative. WTF!!! You called me, why am I on hold??!! I only waited because I'm so sick of these calls. Finally some douche said "Hello," with no explanation of who he was, and I said "Please remove me from your calling list." He goes, all snotty, "Well, first of all, we don't even have a calling list, and I need to speak to (so and so who doesn't live here, never has.)" I said, "She doesn't live here! You need to stop calling!" And he goes, all snotty again, "You don't need to cry about it!"

[***]! I called the number back and it said Pinnacle Financial Group, eventually was able to speak to a supervisor who said she'd listen to the recorded call to see if anything inappropriate was said. They removed my number. Hope he gets fired. [***].

similar to '[***]' posting.  We get a call then hear a message to wait for a representative.  At this point we hang up.  I wanted to make sure this wasn't some overseas scam to ring up phone charges. I did one time call the number and got this Pinnacle Financial Group - decided not to wait any further.

lately I've been getting a lot of weird calls on my cell. I'll answer them and no one speaks, a loud noise and hang up.

today I answered 763-746-9053 and some guy asks for my boyfriend. I asked him to leave a message and he said there isn't really a message. I told him OK, well leave your name & number. He tried to dodge that question by asking if "his wife" is available. He finally gave his name as DERRICK of Pinnacle Fiancial.

I keep getting calls from this number.They start calling around 8:25 a.m. est. Sometimes I answer(without looking at the caller ID) then they tell me to please hold. I think to myself " how are you going to call someone and put them on hold". I hang up. Most of the time I don't answer the phone but they are really getting on my nerves.

Calls to my Tracfone, several times daily for past three months.   I have never given the number to anyone since the phone is for emergency use only when not in my normal cell phone coverage area.  I never answer any calls on any phone that I do not recognize by number or name.  The caller is supposedly Pinnacle Financial by a trace on the number.  Never done business with them.  I owe no one money except utility bills which are always paid on time.They never leave a message.  Very annoying, to say the least.

I just got the number from them today. Since I am international, I did not understand the whole things what the operator said, but it seems like I have to pay the bill for credit card. However, my credit card is for the company in my country, and even though i got the credit card from US bank, i never use it. So, i said which comapany you belong to, and he said "something financial"(i guess the same company as many people wrote above). i tried to hang up by saying "i need to talk to my lawer", but still he kept saying some thing which i did not catch somehow angrily. Anyway, i just hang up. Since i told them cellphone nunber, i am afraid they will call again. i never experienced such a thing here. So, i was little bit scared. But then, i started to feel annoying! But, at least im glad to see that they people got the same number and hear stupid things from them!

called here about 8am, a "cindy" looking for my husband. we've been scammed before so i'm always cautious now. i asked her what it was in regards to, and while she gave me the run around i came to my laptop and punched in the phone number, bringing me to this page. i told her that i didn't trust her, and she replied with 'who ya gonna trust, me or other people?' i told her 'well, other people at this point because i see nothing but negative!' nasty words were exchanged and i told her to quit calling. we have NO credit cards and no debt.

I had been seeing calls from 877-209-4163 on my caller ID for several days, no messages.  Yesterday, being home, I answered the phone and got a lady looking for a guy that does not live here and that I do not know.  I told her she has the wrong number, she insisted that I tell her if I knew the guy, I told her she had the wrong number...over and over.  Finally, she hung up, today I receive a call from a guy from the same number.  He asked if I knew the guy the lady asked about yesterday, I told him he has the wrong number, and he proceeded to get snotty and sarcastic about how I probably knew the guy and that I was lying.  I continued to tell him he had the wrong number.  He hung up.  I called the number back and "Matt" answered the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor "Darrin or Derrick" answered the phone, he gave me his "direct" line listed in title of this message.  He claimed to not have my number on his list, but continued to ask me if I knew the guy, I continued to tell him he had the wrong number and I'm not obligated to give him any more information.  This continued for a few more minutes and reached a scream before it was over.  Anyway, I'm doing what I can to report them with what little info I have.  I'm not in financial trouble and never have been.  I don't know of the guy they are trying to reach and I wouldn't tell them even if I knew.

There was a message on my phone today from Pinnacle Financial, saying please call 877-209-4163.  I was immediately suspicious since we're on the Do Not Call list and I had never heard of this outfit.
Can't we report companies like this to the FTC or the Do Not Call Registry?  I'm going to try.

Have had this number show up on my caller id everyday. when i answer the phone it says to hold for an operator , this is ridiculous. if they cant have the guts to be on the phone when you answer then dont call ....

Not sure why everyone here doesn't understand why this number is calling.  Every number I've googled that leads to this website has responses by people that "don't know".  

I'm in serious debt.  My strategy, dick them around for 7 yrs!  If you have a Windows-Based smartphone, get SmartBlock.  It's a software from Efficasoft.  When you add the creditor's number to the Black List, the phone won't ring for that number ever again.

I have 40+ phone numbers on my black list from creditors like Pinnacle.  They can call & call all they want.  They can call from an unlimited amount of number.  I run a tracer on each new phone number that shows up on my caller ID.  Then I add it to the block list.  Should I find out that a credit ever spoofs their Caller ID, They're finished.  

I'm a millionaire.  I COULD pay the debt off, but it wouldn't do me any better than just letting it go for 7-10 yrs.  After a creditor reports you 6 months past due, it can NEVER get any worse for you.  Just pay your mortgage or car payment on time....that'll save your credit.

Well that's nice. Yet another reason why our interest rates are so high. Dead beats who won't pay the debt "they" incurred and are happy enough to let some other schmuck pay it for them. Gee, and we wonder why we are in such terrible financial trouble in this country?

I just made a comment about another 877 number that continuously calls my home, now I find out that this number is also the from the same place PINNACLE Financial, some type of collection agency.  They called me 7 times from one phone number and 5 times from this phone number.  HOW DO WE MAKE THEM STOP?

I just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  I believe that's the only way to get this resolved.  Here's the web address:

This agency called on our car phone yesterday from another number. I was not in the car so missed the call. They did not leave a voicemail. They called agin this morning just after 8:00 asking for Jean or Gene or Jin or Gin and some incomprehensible last name. I said no. Then they asked for another number for this person. I told them I have no idea who this person is. They hung up. If they call back again I will ask for a supervisor. This is a car phone. We have had it since December and all I get a calls from collection agencies on it.
