    We got a call from this number yesterday with CID name set to "UNAVAILABLE," and I think our third-party nuisance/robocall blocking service intercepted it after one ring.  Reverse lookup has no results which means this number is unassigned.  If so, that's pretty strong evidence whoever's behind these calls is intentionally spoofing their CID info.  Therefore, these callers are likely running some kind of scam, not collecting for an honorable charity.
