Military Reserve health readiness automated appointment reminder. It's legit.

An automated reminder call from LHI, a company the railroad uses to set up Hearing Conservation appt's as well as Vision Exams, per FRA requirements.  Simply an automated reminder system to leave a message with your confirmed appointment date(s) and time(s).  When we set up the appointments through LHI, they tell us we will be getting this call within a couple hours of making the appointment, as well as about 48  hours prior to the actual appointment.  All legitimate.  No worries!
