    Some man named Joe Banks keeps calling people that may be connected to me and telling them that he is going to come get me if an account is not paid. He has called people that I dont have numbers for and harrassing them to get in contact with me.

    This is a payday loan collection scam.  I get calls from many different scammers and have forwarded them to the Colorado State Attorney General's Office, the FBI and the FTC.  Ignore the calls as they call from several different numbers.  Good luck to you!!!!
