    This is not a phone call or recorded message, but rather a cellular text message (SMS) that says "This is an automated message from Mass Bay Credit Union. Your ATM Debt card has been deactivated. To reactivate call 877-218-7456 Thank you."

    The text message was sent through "Mobi", apparently a company that allows people to send bulk SMSs. The message originator is "8772187456@macu.mobi()2".
