- NellCalled the number back from a general line. "Hello, this is Mrs. Summers from NDA. Hello?" The voicemail left claimed to be a process server named Amber. Who did not list her name as Mrs. Summers... Or as being with NDA.
- Caller: Amber/NDA/Mrs. Summers
- YvonneI got a call from a Samantha Davis ext.103 was a little sketched out by it so i contacted my attorney and he spoke with them. This is a legit company and will send you out any documentations or proof you need
- Charles| 4 repliesGot a call from Samantha called in ended up speaking with a Micheal Cortez regarding a loan I took out in 2016 that I forgot to pay back he set me up on a payment plan and sent me all the documents I needed.
- qwerty replies to Charles| 1 replyTo you shills in this thread:
We don't believe a word you're writing. If you are so thrilled with them, post this wonderful company's name and street address. We're waiting. - MJG replies to qwertyHi,qw-- Looks like NDA is a SHOE Company(and has nothing to do with collections). I doubt the calls are coming from NDA Collections which is in [u]South Africa[/!!u]
- BigA replies to CharlesThen there should be no problem telling us the legal name and address of this legitimate company. Failing to do so proves that you are not telling the truth and that this is really an extortion ring.
- Kat replies to CharlesWow, you must have a bad memory if you forgot to pay back a loan you just took out last year. Did the loan company not call you or send you mail requesting their money? 'cause i find it hard to believe they didn't. Actually, I find your whole post hard to believe.
- ShillKill@ Charles -- why would you expect anyone to believe the assertions of someone who claims to have forgot they took out a loan in the last year?
@ Yvonne - So you are basically claiming to be someone who stiffs PDL companies, but yet could afford to pay an attorney to make that call for you (and I'm sure with the "client consult" and documentation, we are talking two billable hours) EPIC FAIL - NellMrs. Soft this time. So that's now Amber, Garcia, Mrs. Summers, and Mrs. Soft. They all claim to be government process servers. Again, they are calling to state they will serve my arrest warrant in 48 hours. No company listed. In violation of FCC regulations if a valid debt collector. They are falsifying who they are which is against regulation. They cannot claim to be an attorney or government official. Called back last time. Four times the number they left (877-218-7522) had an automated disconnected message. Fifth time was an automated cruise win that I had to claim by completing a survey. Sixth time "all our officers are busy with other clients..." To cover my bases, I left a voicemail last time... "Send my letter of validation to the following address and cease contact until that occurs," which is within FCC regulations. NOTHING has come from anyone. Scammer.
- Caller: Mrs. Soft, Mrs. Summers, Amber, Garcia
- Dylan hernandez| 1 replyI got a voicemail from this number and i called them back twice. I got put on voicemail because "all of them are busy with other clients" it claims to say something about a criminal charge and an NDA. I have no idea what this is. Can anyone help? Is this a scam?
- ErinI got a voicemail from Garcia claiming that I would have papers served to me at my home and place of employment within 24 hours. It took me 2 hours to understand the phone number to call them back. I called them back 11 times. Only got a voicemail. I stated in one Voicemail that the Federal Trade Commission has announced that they are part of a legal case and scam where they fraudulently claim that they now have your debt from miscellaneous creditors, one of the biggest being Pay Day Loans. Legal representation for various Pay Day Loan companies as signed legal documentation stating that the companies did not sell these debts to this company and these claims are false. This company gets a hold of loan information some how and then tries to collect on it fraudulently, if you make the mistake of paying this company then you will still owe the original company the loan amount and these thieves will pocket your cash while you thing that you are making your wrongs right. I left several messages asking for them to call me back, I even sang one of them, I left the final message on the 11th time asking for the validation letter. I am not sure where people like this think that they can get away with stuff like this but if you owe a loan or monies to anyone, contact the original creditor to try to make payment arrangements, if they sold your debt to a collections company they will be able to provide you with the company name, the account number, and customer service number so that you can work out plans with them. Companies like this try to take advantage of people. Beware this is a huge huge scam.
- Caller: Garcia/NDA
- Call type: Debt collector
- Erin replies to Dylan hernandezIt is a scam. According to the Federal Trade Commission they are trying to falsely collect on debts to other companies claiming that they will help you resolve the issue against your credit. Creditors across the country are openly stating and signing documentation to prove that they would never sell an account to the NDA and associates that keeps calling everyone.
- KarinaAnswered to get an audio recording from a lady named Samantha Davis saying warrant will be served, just like in these other reviews... sounds like they just added a new name to their scam. Recording seems fake.
- Call type: Scam suspicion
