They left me a message as "NFK Financial" (I think, I can't understand what the guy is saying, that's probably on purpose), stating they had "received a fax regarding charges being brought against [me]," that a "summons was going to be delivered to my residence or place of employment," and if I didn't call them back I would be entering an "automatic guilty plea." That's not how the legal system works in the United States - so, completely disregard this number. An obvious scam, fishing for whatever they can get.

Male saying a fax had been recieved and a summons needed to be delivered to my home or business - call imeediately and gave the 877-218-7734.

Caller left a voicemail with the same information as others reported about a summons being delivered and to call and make arrangements.  We are a business, so I called the number to tell them not to call again. Rude person answered call and said that "I'll make sure you get called everyday."  What a jerk.

Same message as others have noted. I wanted to add to this list so others now how current and prevalent this scam is.

Just received the same call that I see others posting about. Male caller called my cell phone twice within approximately 15 minutes and my work phone once. I did not answer either one. Call came from 1-877-346-9596 but the caller said to call 1-877-218-7734. The male caller did not say his name OR who he was calling for.

They called as he spoke I asked him for his info and explained to him that my father is a judge and will look into their information and their business.....they hung up.

Criminals masquerading as debt collectors. Don't take call. If you do, hang up immediately. Never call back.

Same as everyone else, several times a day for a few days now. Take it from someone that has actually been summoned, it doesnt work this way, you dont get a warning, obviously a scam, and i feel sorry for the ones that fall for it.

No, but as the names used in these types of calls are generally fictitious, I think it doesn't matter.
