I got a call no message

Got a live call stating that there was a legal case against me and that I needed to call this number to arrange getting my file. Called back and got message machine.

This is a debt collector!!! 18yrs ago...really??

I got the same call about a sprint account. I have sprint as a carrier now for a while. I told them to send all the info they have to me including any signed contracts from the merchant. They threaten me with a 10 year judgement on my credit. I told them they do I will put a lawyer on them and she said she will have her team relook at the account. I told her to do that. I also told her that I was going to challenge anything she had and counter sue if I found they did anything negligent.

This third party called my parents phone number saying they were trying to locate me,
that someone has placed a "complaint" against me, gave a case number and the telephone
number of 877 218 8390 to call. I do not live with my parents and do not have my parents'
home phone number listed as a contact for me. This is nothing more than a scam and it has
scared my parents who are in their middle 80's. NOT funny !

Fake Company forst they said my wofe had 2 hours to call or she would be arrested then we called the local pd then recalled the number then same girl with diff name said they were a financial institution how would the type of company change within 20 minutes.

a person called my wifes' phone from (845)423-7164 on behalf of whoever or whatever business is attached to this phone 877# THIS call, 1st to my wife, then my number was by a person who.... 1, was very rude & refused to give her name(UNPROFESSIONAL, POSSIBLE SCAM?) Threatening my sons' imminent arrest within 2 hours if he didn't call this number, with file #KD1000.... which I absolutely know to be an ILLEGAL & INCORRECT course of action. I called back on the (845) 423-7164 number THREE times & was immediately hung up on, 2 They had. repeatedly called my wife back using foul & threatening dialog towards her.... Again, ILLEGAL & INCORRECT way of conducting business. The number calling on behalf of THIS 877 number was 845-423-7164. Lastly, I am now informing whomever it concerns, that I work with a professional Bounty Hunter who has special Law Enforcement software on his computer similar to the VICAP software used by every law enforcement agency in the world, in other words..... I can have ANY & ALL kinds of information as well as a location on ANYONE in the world with even just a phone # So, whoever Marcella Rogers & supervisor Emily Brook(e)? are from this (877)218-8390 number, please inform them that if they continue employ/contract ANY company to harass my son, OR for that matter, my wife & I, I will take the appropriate course of action up to, and including legal and/or litigious action

Received a call from 877 218 8390, said that there was a complaint against me and I had 2 hours to comply, said they were calling from the general locating group, googled the company and it doesnt exist. Also they gave me some case# that started with K-A#####.....im not even going to waste my time with this smh
