Received phone call form someone a few days ago using this as their caller ID but they never left a message....
Today received letter in mail from a collection agency using the alias "North Shore Agency" telling me to call Sprint at 877-220-3565 about my account.

Letterhead indicates PHYSICAL LOCATION AS:
North Shore Agency
A National Collection Company
4000 East Fifth Ave
Columbus OH 43219
Back of letter has their phone number listed as 800-745-3935.
and Correspondence address of:
PO BOX 4945
TRENTON NJ 08650
Office Hours of Mon-Fri 9AM - 4:30PM Eastern Time

Outside Envelope has a return address as:
PO BOX 3002
PHOENIXVILLE PA 19460

Google search of physical address reveals other possible alias they may use:
* Risk Management Alternatives
* Nco Financial Systems Inc
* National Revenue Corp
* Nco-Epals
* Risk Management Alternatives

I also received that letter, but have never had a Sprint acct. The guy told me my full SS#, my date of birth and all my former addresses. He said he got the info from a "public list" but refused to tell me which one. And also told me that I had communicated with the acct in question, so the bill collection letters would continue. Unbelievable - what privacy ?

We received a letter from the above mentioned address so I googled it.  The letter was sent to an unknown person at this address.
I wonder if this is the same number that has been calling me?  It's going back tomorrow!

Just received a letter from the above-referenced company telling me I owed $29 to Publishers Clearing House. Funny how Publishers Clearing House is when you WIN money, not have to PAY money!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same letter and when you call they ask for extension # but none on letter.
Also I called Sprint they will be sending fraud docs to fill out.
My problem was identity theft.

They may of scamed u into buying their magazines. Pch makes their money off magazines sales

So is it legit or not? I got an envelope with this physical return address coming today according to my email.... I don't have sprint either and none of this makes sense.
