Got a text from this number. Said it was a fraud alert text from Huntington Bank. Asked if I just made a purchase at BuffWildWings for $25.18. If not, call this number or reply to the text. Instead I. Allied the number on the back of my credit card to verify. Been on hold 22+ minutes after stated wait time of 2-5 min. Will call my bank tomorrow.

I receive a voice mail purporting to be from Huntington Fraud Department asking me to call this number due to unusual activity on my credit card account.  I called the Huntington general customer service number instead. This call was not from Hunington.

Got a text message on cell phone said free msg Huntington fraud alerts gave acct last 4 numbers of credit card and said
"Did you charge $27.99 on 5/27/17 at Yonkers central ener, yes reply 1, no reply 2 or call 877-222-2313 stop to cancel.   Listed another charge for $20.00 at same place.  I called that number they said they were from Huntington fraud in Georgia.  I called the number on the back of my card and I was on hold too long.

Received 2 calls from this number saying they were Huntington Bank wanting to verify unusual activity on my credit card. Called back & they asked for last 4 digits of card number (which they had already put on the voicemail so they already had those numbers) & last 4 digits of my social. They told me my card was over limit & also had information on some of the charges I had made on the card. I then called customer service on the back of my credit card; the person I spoke to said that number is DEFINITELY Huntington Bank Fraud Department. I ceased to worry.

This was the number listed in an email from Huntington.  It is their fraud department.  I was asked to call it from the emails to verify a purchase that didn't fit my normal purchase history, which was true.  It was a quick call.
