A call with a voicemail. Never heard of them, so googled them. This was NOT their number.
Scam.

Claimed medical..but not known

Did not receive call, but credit card charge for $49.95 from:

I have no idea what it was for so I called credit card company to dispute the charge

Appeared on my bank statement as a debit charge of $49.95 from BEBETTER.  ???

Voice mail from this bunch that called my wife's number looking for me. Said they were with Family Medical. Never heard of them. So far no credit card charges.

Voicemail saying Adept health. Likely a scam

received 3 calls within 2 hours... no charges-yet!

Individual spoke without pause. “Durable Medical Equiptment” immediately started asking me for my info. Fast talker exploiting some compromised medical contact list.

Said they were adapt health and was trying to get my info. But wouldn't tell me what equipment they were calling about without me telling them my info and I never heard of them

So you know who called you but came to a phone number look-up site to - what? Tell random strangers on the internet that you need a CPAP machine?
By the way, even if this IS an Adapt Health phone number that doesn't mean scammers aren't spoofing it.
