Payday loan scam

They are saying that people have a lawsuit and will be arrested if payment is not made by a specific time. They want credit card numbers and bank account information. One call is from Ms. Reid with PRS at extension 114. When you tell them to send you paperwork to your attorney, they begin to cuss at you and hang up.

Denise McCrorey called. We got the same thing.  returned a call for my elderly mother was told if I didn't conference her in and deal with it right then the FBI would pic up my 72 yr old mother and extradite her to another state.  I said without paperwork we aren't paying anything.  Then she got ugly.

Veronica calling on the behalf of caseworker Marie and stated that they need to speak with me or my legal counsel. I told them that I was the legal counsel returning the call for Jessica. Veronica started getting nasty stating that my client would need to pay the amount requested by a payday loan company. When asked what was the name of the pay day loan company, Veronica started getting nasty and hung up. Then this heifer started calling my job. Someone need to put an end to these people and have them arrested for harassment.

I also got a call from Veronica stating the same things. I have contacted the sheriffs office in Augusta  Virginia where they said this would case was going to be handled and I am also going to investigate what oher options there are to prosecute these scum bags
