Received a call today from this number.  Assuming it might be a creditor but made it a point of letting me know they had a Summons and complaint and wanted to give me an opportunity to resolve the matter with the Plaintiff myself.  Seeing the "case number" doesn't resemble the series of numbers that the cosurt system uses (first 2 digits are always the year) I am not going to be too concerned at this point.

f them!!!!!  i got a call from a phil evans he said he was a process server but he sounded like a [***] so they gave me a case number i called the number and i was talking to a mr stewart nice at the beginning then turned into a complete a**hole told him i cant make payments kept telling me that id have to go to court i told him to go f himself and procedded to scream at him he got an attitude real quick i can definately pay but f him ill do what i want and mr stewart if u read this again go f urself

i got the exact same phone call!!! scared me at first but then i relized that it was a scam wanted prove in writing and coulnt get it. i knew i had paid them (cashplace) back!!! people just be careful dont verify you personal info with them at all!!!!!!

your right they were very rude i tried explaining that i didnt have the money, causei wasnt sure if it was for real at first and he was a jerk saying thats your problem contact family see if they have money

Call received about a summons on an unpaid debt. I was not the person they were looking for and hung up without explanation. Refused to answer calls to discuss their actions. Have had this company call twice in the past. Unethical business practice calling the wrong people and threatening them.

had read all this so thought it was a scam and ignored them.. recieved my summons today.

this guy jeffrey brauden  called me about two weeks ago i ignored it thinking it was a scam. today iw as leaving for work this guy pulled up in my driveway tossed some papers to me and said sign this. i have court on the 9th of may now.

i thought these guys were a scam so i played it off lkike it was nothing let me just put it this way my court dates next wednesday!

yeah i tried calling 8772267488 to resolve it now ut they said once i recieve the summoms its out of there hands :(

not a scam im going to court over the matter on next wednesday if a process server called you call the number they give u cause u will go to court im prob gonna be paying over 1000 dollars of what i actually owe and my attrny said most likely here going to garnish my wages

damn this sucks i also played it as a scam and there not i looked up there website, legally they have to send you something in the mail to let you know what it is. i have no idea what i mgoing to do!!!!

im only wishing i had a chance to no go to court now.

i dont know what to do should i pay them since i havnt recieved anything in the mail certified saying who they are or what i owe!!!??? or should i wait? i dont want to go to court but im not working and have no money can they make payment arrangements

i would call them and see if they can work something out with you. if you wait for something in the mail theres the chance that you recieve your summons before you receive it. id call and get something set up

you do know that the 9th of may is sunday court isnt that day, are you an actual person  or you the scammer in chagrge.?!
